We are open 7 days a week for pub and rooms April - September

We are closed Sunday evenings for dinner and all day Tuesday from October - March

Monday - Friday: Breakfast or Brunch 8.30-10.30am / Lunch 12-2.30pm / Dinner 6-9pm

Saturday: Breakfast or Brunch 8.30-10.30am / Lunch 12-3pm / Dinner 6-9pm

Sunday: Breakfast or Brunch 8.30-10.30am / Lunch 12 - 4.30pm / Dinner 6pm - 7.30pm (until 1st Oct 2024)

(From 1st October 2024 - 31st March 2025 we will not be open for Sunday dinners.)

Bank Holiday Mondays: Breakfast or Brunch 8.30-10.30am / Lunch 12-3pm / Dinner 6pm - 7.30pm

Please book online for parties of 8 people or less. Call or email for larger bookings (More than 8 people)

We ask all guests to inform us of any changes to their party size prior to arrival and to arrive promptly

We only allow well behaved and quiet dogs into the pub and garden. Please be aware of other guests at all times when bringing your dog.

Directions By Car

From Lewes direction take the B2116. From the A23 take the junction signposted Hurstpierpoint (B2116)

We are located on a rural country lane called Chapel Lane with easy access by car and ample off road car parking

Please note that if your sat nav takes you to a track opposite the entrance to Plumpton Racecourse this track is NON ACCESSIBLE BY CAR to the pub.
