Kicking off from 19th October and running every Saturday night through to the end of March, we invite you to embark on a culinary journey with our 25-Mile Menu. Each dish is crafted from ingredients sourced exclusively within a 25-mile radius, celebrating the finest Sussex produce.

Expect an array of seasonal vegetables from local farms, grass-fed meats from nearby butchers, and the freshest Sussex coast seafood. Every bite showcases the rich flavours of our countryside, with sustainability and quality at the core of every meal.
